(PNJ) – On 11 March in Ho Chi Minh City, Anphabe and Nielsen published the list of the Top 100 Vietnam best places to work 2015, in which PNJ is the only jewelry company, ranked the third in the retail industry.
This is the second year PNJ has been in this list. The list of Vietnam best places to work 2015 shows that FDI Company continues to dominate, but the number of Vietnamese companies in the list increases to 22 compared to 17 in 2014.
According to the information from this research results, three industries with the highest turnover rate are chemical production, fast-moving consumer goods, service and consulting. Three departments with the highest turnover rate are purchase, production and marketing. Three important factors heightened by the employees in the survey are salary, bonus and welfare.
In which, good welfare ranks the top among the concerned criteria when choosing a work, the increase in the employee engagement and talent attraction, and the competitive salary gradually decreases to the 7th position.

This year’s survey was carried out online from September 2015 to December 2015; its scale was larger than that of 2014 with 22,688 participants of 24 industries across the country. /.
